Great events in the life of Christ are shown in the windows on both sides of the sanctuary. On the left side of the sanctuary, events in His early childhood are shown.
Nativity Window
In the unadorned style of Ludwig Schermer, the artist of the windows, the Birth of Christ (Luke 2:1-7) is presented in a window full of Christmas happiness.
Epiphany Window
Next to the Nativity window is the more majestic window showing Christ's revelation of His divinity to the Magi, the wisemen from the East (Matthew 2:1-12), in the event called the Epiphany (traditionally celebrated on January 6th).
Finding in the Temple Window
The third window, closest to the sanctuary, shows the twelve-year-old Christ in the midst of the teachers in the Temple (Luke 3:41-52).
