St. Justin Martyr Parish's Chapel seats about 60 people and is used for daily Mass and services of prayer. It also includes the two Penance Rooms where the Sacrament of Penance is celebrated.
The windows in the chapel are a blend of themes from the Old and New Testaments and Christian History. Moses and Melchizedech are depicted on the Left wall, the Lamb of God above the altar (described earlier in the Round Window section), and St. Thomas Aquinas and Pope St. Pius X on the Right wall.
Behind the altar there is the tabernacle in which the consecrated Hosts are reserved. It resembles the Old Testament Ark of the Covenant (Exodus 25:10-22), the focal point of the Divine Presence for the wandering Israelites.
Glory of the Divine Presence Chapel Triptych Window
Behind the altar and the tabernacle, there are three windows. The one directly behind the tabernacle is entitled the Glory of the Divine Presence (referring to the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist reserved in the tabernacle). This window is composed of brilliant colors that glow brightly in the light of the sun.
On either side, there is a panel representing the majestic angels called the cherubim, images of which adorned the top of the Ark of the Covenant. They are depicted kneeling toward the tabernacle.
